Cooking meals for cheap

I have been broke for a while now. And so is the Boyfriend. So we have been forced to cook cheaply while still getting full. Here are just a few of the things we eat. Mind you, the BF is the PICKIEST eater in the entire universe.........

Spaghetti: made with Hunt's sauce $.98, cheap noodles $1.00, garlic bread made from sliced bread, butter, and garlic powder.

Sloppy Joe's: made with manwich or del monte sauce $1.29, sliced bread.

Soft tacos: made with Always save packet seasoning $.38, cheap tortillas. Sometimes I make a quac dip when I am feeling frisky.

Hamburgers: made with ranch seasoning packet. Homemade fries from the oven.

Breakfast foods: eggs, toast, waffles, bacon

Pot roast: cheap shoulder roast, potatoes, bread

Frozen pizzas when they are on sale.

Does anyone have any ideas of other meals that would cost roughly $5.00 for 2 people?
